The ASP Training Baton allows you to train safely for certification and use of the police rod. The included "pockets" allow officers to carry the baton throughout the lesson.
Baton and Carrier is designed for use with the ASP training shield. This combination allows to simulate a dynamic confrontation on the road. A safe training environment will be maintained while strong contact strikes are made in a controlled environment.
The rod core consists of a 3/8 "diameter polymer, the impact insert is a closed foam tube with a hollow core tube. The cover is made of dense weaving.
The rod has a neoprene disc retaining washer and a 6061 T6 aluminum retaining ring. The foam vinyl handle is 1.25 "in diameter with a closed end.
