COMMS SOCKET -  Comms models of teh Slim electronic hearing protector, DS4140 (Green) and DS4141 (Black), are fitted with a compact SMB socket. This may be used as an input from a sound source, such as a personal hi-fi or a two way radio. Signals coming in to this source will override signals from the built-in microphone. Sound level should be adjusted at the source i.e. personal hi-fi volume control, to give the required listening level. Excess levels will be limited for your protection, and wil sound distorted.
