General Shipping Rules

  • All products and orders can and will be send with the following courier services ACS, SPEEDEX, Geniki Tachydromiki, Porta Porta (ELTA),FedEx,UPS,Parcel Post etc.
  • Shipping expenses are on the customer except special occasions.*
  • Responsibility for the products/orders shipped are solely on the Courier Company and/or customer since they are not transferred by our own means.
  • If customer has a cooperation with a Courier Company we should be informed accordingly.
  • If customer wants product/order to be transferred aby any other mean we should be informed in time (Only for Domestic Orders).
  • Weight of products displayed at checkout page is calculated either on gross weight or volumetricly depending on the item's shipping dimensions as regulated by Hellenic Post.

**CoVID-19 Shipping Restrictions** - Not Valid after 01/01/2022

Due to CoVID-19 dissease outbreak, postal services have revised their "partnerships" and therefore we can only ship to the following countries as stated from Hellenic Post (ELTA) on 28/5/2021. This list will be updated according to ELTA**.
